Underwear Brand Slips In To Soho

Underwear brand Falke is to rent office space from investment manager Wolfe Property Services in the heart of Soho in London.

Falke sells tights and socks at department stores such as House of Fraser and John Lewis, as well as online. It has agreed to lease 1,478 sq ft from landlord Wolfe on the second floor of 8-12 Broadwick Street, W1 which is between Wardour Street and Beak Street.

The brand has signed a five-year deal paying an annual rent of £68,500. Its deal also includes a six-month rent-free period.

Wolfe Property Services was advised by property consultancy Hanover Green.
