Noodle bar chain Wagamama is to bring its Japanese-inspired food to Fulham Broadway Shopping Centre.
The restaurant operator has agreed a 15-year lease in a 2,513 sq ft unit paying annual rent of £110,000. The chain operates more than 110 restaurants in 17 countries, and joins the centre’s existing food offer, which includes Yo! Sushi, Pizza Express, Nando’s, Pret a Manger and Starbucks.
The centre has also secured a letting at a 2,057 sq ft retail unit to 3 which will pay an annual rent of £165,000 on a ten-year lease.
Fulham Broadway Shopping Centre is located in the heart of Fulham. It is a 140,900 sq ft scheme incorporating a nine-screen Vue cinema, a bar and a David Lloyd Health Club, as well as retail space anchored by Sainsbury’s and Boots. It also has 5,000 sq ft of offices.
