Dorrington Properties has agreed a letting to architects’ practice Architecture PLB in newly-refurbished office space at 61 Southwark Street in London SE1.
The developer, advised by property consultancy Hanover Green, has agreed to let 2,525 sq ft on part of the fourth floor of the building. Dorrington has recently refurbished the space, which is close to the amenities of the Southbank, London Bridge and the City of London.
Architecture PLB is to pay £29.50 per sq ft on a ten-year lease, with a break at year five. The deal includes an eleven-month rent-free period.
The architect last year celebrated its 40th anniversary. It is currently based in offices in London, at 53 Great Suffolk Street in Southwark, and in Winchester.
EA Shaw acted alongside Hanover Green for Dorrington. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised Architecture PLB.
