Willowbrook Centre Wins Dominos

Domino’s Pizza has taken space in retail scheme the Willowbrook Centre, in Bradley Stoke, north Bristol.

Centre owner Brookmaker (GP) Ltd,  advised by retail property specialist Morgan Williams  has let a 1,417 sq ft unit to the pizza chain on a 20-year lease at an annual rent of £36,043. Brookmaker (GP) is a joint venture between Ropemaker Properties and Tesco.

The centre is anchored by Tesco Extra and restaurant tenants include Subway, Costa Coffee and KFC. Other tenants in the scheme include Argos, Pets at Home, Boots and Subway.

Morgan Williams and Alder King acted for Brookmaker (GP). Domino’s represented itself.
