Betfred Moves Into Former Pub Building

Betting shop operator Betfred, advised by retail property consultancy Morgan Williams, is to open in a former pub in Peckham, south London.

Betfred has signed a 10-year lease with the private landlord to occupy 1,410 sq ft at 96 High Street in Peckham, south London, paying an annual rent of £55,000. The pub closed in January 2012.

Morgan Williams acted for Betfred with joint agent Kitchen La Frenais Morgan. The landlord was self-represented.
