Italian restaurants Pizza Express and Prezzo are set to open in St Neots next year after taking space at Turnstone’s development in the Cambridgeshire town.
Both have signed-up to occupy 3,000 sq ft units in the 32,000 sq ft leisure scheme at the St Neots Leisure development on Huntingdon Street. The scheme was given planning permission by Huntingdonshire District Council earlier this year.
Pizza Express has signed a 25-year lease paying £24 per sq ft, which includes a three-month rent free period and a break at year 15.
Prezzo has signed a 25-year lease paying £25 per sq ft. The deal includes one-year rent free, but no break clause.
The development comprises an 18,600 sq ft six-screen Cineworld cinema, as well as four restaurants, three flats, a public plaza, and parking for cars and bikes.
Frankie & Benny’s has signed up to take a 25-year lease on a 3,600 sq ft restaurant unit. The fourth restaurant unit, measuring 2,500 sq ft, will be marketed shortly.
Wareing & Partners, DH Barford and Januarys acted for Turnstone Estates. CBRE acted for Prezzo. Specialist restaurant consultancy RSA acted for Pizza Express.
