Coffee chain Harris & Hoole, represented by Morgan Williams, is to open in The Market House in Uxbridge, northwest London.
The coffee shop operator, which is part-owned by supermarket giant Tesco, has signed for 1,255 sq ft in the 18th century building The Market House, which is on the High Street in Uxbridge. Harris & Hoole is to occupy Unit C and pay annual rent of £68,000.
