Coffee Shop Harris & Hoole Opens In Amersham

Coffee chain Harris & Hoole, represented by Morgan Williams, is to open on the main shopping street in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.

The coffee shop operator has signed for 2,900 sq ft at 47 Sycamore Road, paying an initial annual rent of £60,000.

Morgan Williams acted for Harris & Hoole. Brasier Freeth represented the private landlord.
