F&C REIT and Berwick Hill Properties have purchased the freehold interest of 2 Bridge Avenue in Hammersmith from Viridian Property Investments Ltd.
The building currently comprises 12,326 sq ft of B1 offices with a further 337 sq ft over reception, ground, first and second floors.
F&C REIT along with Berwick Hill Properties are in the process of obtaining planning permission to extend the third floor, which is currently used for storage, and extensively refurbish the existing floors. The new additions will provide a further 3,056 sq ft of office space bringing the total size to 15,719 sq ft. The works will be completed in June 2013.
David Cuthbert of Hanover Green says; “This is an exciting opportunity which will capitalise on the current popularity of Hammersmith, and will be the only self contained Grade A property of its size in the area.
