Hammerson Lets Space To The Entertainer

Property developer Hammerson has agreed a deal with toy shop The Entertainer in its shopping centre The Orchard in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

The landlord, advised by Morgan Williams and Perkins Fox, has agreed to let the 4,641 sq ft Unit 24 in the centre to the toy retailer, which has stores across the UK. The Entertainer has signed a ten-year lease, expiring in January 2023, and is paying annual rent of £70,000.
