Aberdeen Asset Managers Sells Brighton Investment

Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited has sold the freehold interest of Bostel House, West Street, Brighton to Mountcharm Limited for £2,750,000.

The 10,000 sq ft property comprises retail on lower ground and ground floors with three upper floors of offices and produces a total rent of £263,073 pa. Tenants include Terra Plana, ModelZone and Michael Page.

Kitchen La Frenais Morgan acted on behalf of the vendor and Stiles Harold Williams on behalf of the purchaser.
