Le Pain Quotidien Signs In North Audley Street

Bakery and patisserie operator Le Pain Quotidien is to open on North Audley Street in London’s West End after agreeing a deal with landlord Ivytower.

Ivytower, advised by retail property specialist GCW, has let the 2,505 sq ft shop at 16-17 North Audley Street in Mayfair to the bakery operator. Le Pain Quotidien has signed a 15-year lease paying an annual rent of £170,000. The unit comprises ground and basement levels.

GCW acted for Ivytower. Knight Frank represented Le Pain Quotidien.
