Italian fashion brand Brandy Melville, advised by Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan, is to open its first store in the UK with a flagship unit on London’s Kings Road and is planning a wider roll out that will see it open stores in the likes of Covent Garden, Cambridge and Oxford in the UK.
The fashionista favourite, which targets 15-25 year old women, already has stores through Europe including Rome, Paris and Berlin as well as stores in New York, Los Angeles and Hawaii.
The retailer’s first UK store is at 33F Kings Road after Brandy Melville signed a new ten year lease for the unit. It will pay a rent of £290,000 for the site. The store will be 2,005 sq ft in size.
Mostafa Sbitri of Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan, said: “Brandy Melville has a great following amongst fashion lovers who have been waiting for the retailer to launch in the UK for some time. This is part of an exciting larger UK expansion for the young fashion brand.”
Savills acted for the landlord Martins Properties while Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan represented Brandy Melville.
