City & Provincial, advised by DE&J Levy, has sold an industrial investment at 1-2 Verney Road, Bermondsey, London SE16 to Custodian Capital, for .£2.6 million reflecting a net initial yield of 7.25%.
The 22,085 sq ft building is let to Constantine Limited on a 15 year lease at a current of £205,000 pa.
Martin Campbell & Co advised the purchaser.
