Highcross has let a 12,231 sq ft office building at its Fulwood Court scheme in Preston, to Key Retirement Solutions Ltd.
The company, which is a leading independent adviser, specialising in equity release, is relocating its head office to Fulwood Court from premises at Port Way, Preston.
Key Retirement Solutions has taken the office space on a ten-year lease. Following the letting, Fulwood Court, which comprises four high specification, refurbished office buildings, is now fully occupied.
Colin Taylor, Chief Executive of Key Retirement Solutions comments: “We were looking for larger self-contained office space following expansion, and Fulwood Court offered attractive, high quality accommodation, close to local amenities and in a very convenient location for our employees and visitors.”
Fulwood Court is located in Fulwood Office Park, 3.5 miles from the centre of Preston and with easy access to Junctions 31A/32 of the M6. The scheme was acquired by Highcross in March 2011 and other occupiers include the AA and IBM.
Iain Taylor, Senior Asset Manager at Highcross’ Northern office, comments: “When we acquired the 48,000 sq ft Fulwood Court in March 2011, it was effectively vacant accommodation, and our success in achieving full occupation is a reflection of the scheme’s prime location and the quality of the office buildings.”
Agents for Highcross at Fulwood Court are Bailey Deakin Hamiltons.
