Highcross has let 2,580 sq ft at its Carlton Tower office building in Leeds to chartered surveyors, Fox Lloyd Jones.
The company, which has taken the first floor office space on a five-year lease, is relocating from its current Leeds premises into a suite more than double the size, to facilitate expansion plans.
Dan Hodge of Fox Lloyd Jones comments: “Carlton Tower offered flexible accommodation which was suitable for our needs, with room for future expansion, as well as the right location in the city’s commercial core. Highcross was also very proactive in meeting our requirements and we were attracted by its plans for further improvements to the building, and the immediate locality which is seeing a good deal of positive activity.”
Carlton Tower is a high quality, 21,400 sq ft office building in a prominent location on St Paul’s Street. The space has been recently refurbished and comes with private ground floor level parking.
Iain Taylor, Associate Director at Highcross added: “The quality of the office accommodation and location within easy walking distance of the city centre and railway station, make Carlton Tower an attractive choice for professional firms and Fox Lloyd Jones will be the fourth firm of chartered surveyors to locate here.”
Joint agents for Highcross at Carlton Tower are Ryden and Carter Towler.
