Aberdeen Asset Management Sells 2 Queen Anne’s Gate Buildings, Dartmouth Street, London, SW1

Aberdeen Asset Management on behalf of an institutional client has sold the freehold interest in 2 Queen Anne’s Gate Buildings in Victoria to a private overseas investor for £13,200,000.  This reflected a net initial yield of 5.87% and a capital value of £749 per sq ft.

The property comprises a nine-storey office building totalling 1,636.48 sq m (17,615 sq ft) and is multi let to ten tenants, producing a total income of £819,326 pa.

Hanover Green represented Aberdeen Asset Management whilst BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for the private investor.
