CBRE Global Investors represented by Edgerley Simpson Howe, has let a store to furniture retailer DFS at Hampden Park Retail park in Eastbourne.
The sofa specialist will take a 12,317 sq ft unit at the retail park, formerly occupied by Comet prior to the company’s administration late last year. DFS has signed an effective 15 year lease term with 5 yearly reviews.
Hampden Park is an Open A1 retail scheme situated next to Sainsbury’s and fronts one of the town’s main arterial roads.
