Property fund manager Aviva Investors, advised by Hanover Green and Martin Campbell, has agreed four deals at its Regal House office building in Twickenham, south west London.
Aviva has agreed lettings to four tenants: Nuance Communications has taken 4,000 sq ft on a five-year lease, paying £17.50 per sq ft; Anytime Fitness is to open a 5,000 sq ft gym after signing a 15-year lease, paying £14 per sq ft; technology services provider Riverview Channel Services is paying £18 per sq ft for 1,200 sq ft of office space; and Richmond Citizens Advice Bureau has agreed a letting of 2,300 sq ft, paying £16 per sq ft.
Aviva has carried out a significant refurbishment of the 130,000 sq ft building and is currently investing in further improvements, including new windows and refurbishing the entrance.
Regal House is located on a prominent site next to Twickenham station, with direct links to central London and the Thames Valley.
