Jewellers F Hinds have opened a new store at The Ridings, the shopping centre at the heart of Wakefield, which is owned by Moorfield Real Estate and managed by Plus Shops Retail.
The family run jewellery business, which has more than 100 stores across the UK has signed a new 10-year lease at The Ridings which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. The retailer will pay a rent of £45,000 pa for the store.
Leigh Burnett of Plus Shops Retail, said: “The arrival of F Hinds at The Ridings is great news for Wakefield, bringing a strong jewellery offer to the centre and further boosting our mix of interesting retailers – featuring both multiples and independents.”
Moorfield Real Estate were advised by Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan and Brassington Rowan. F Hinds were unrepresented.
