April 17, 2013

Nafield Properties, the joint venture between Turnstone Estates and Burall Developments, has let more space in the Broers Building in the Hauser Forum, Cambridge.

Communications network provider Metaswitch has signed a ten-year deal for a 1,872 sq ft suite on the second floor of the building, paying £32/sq ft. The deal includes a break at year five.

The 41,825 sq ft Broers Building forms part of the Hauser Forum at the West Cambridge Research and Development Park at the University of Cambridge. The four-storey building is available to let for organisations involved in commercial research and development.

There is now just 6,219 sq ft available in the building, whose other tenants include Nokia, genetic sequencing firm Base4 Innovation, Mike Lynch’s new funding venture Invoke Capital Partners and scientific software developer Enthoughts.
