Well-known London office agents Chris Watkin and Joe Fuller have today (24 April 2013) launched their new agency ‘Bluebook’. Based at 48 Poland Street, W1, they will offer clients such as Aviva, Deerbrook, Henderson Global Investors, Hermes, F & C Reit and Lancer, with office leasing, acquisition, investment and development advice within the West End.
Chris Watkin comments, “Joe and I have worked together since 2001, most recently as directors at Jones Lang LaSalle. Bluebook is about us doing what we do best – working closely with our clients in an exciting and challenging market.”
Joe Fuller adds, “We are passionate about what we do and are fortunate to be involved in some great projects. We intend to continue that work in our new venture.”
Projects going forward include 55 Strand and 25 Soho Square for Aviva, St Christophers Place for F & C Reit and 100 New Oxford Street for Hermes.”
