Tumi, the world’s leading brand of premium travel, business and lifestyle accessories, has signed a new store for Berlin, Germany. The move follows the brand’s recent appointment of Harper Dennis Hobbs (HDH) as exclusive property agent to lead international store expansion. The retailer, which has more than 35years of experience in producing high end products, has chosen a new space comprising 355 sq m of space across three floors at Kurfürstendamm 45. The new store forms part of Tumi’s strategy to open flagship stores in luxury locations across Europe. David Purslow at HDH, said: “This signing is part of Tumi’s alignment to high end locations that perfectly complement its premium product range, ensuring its discerning shoppers can shop in an environment that best suits the brand and its expectations.” German company IKP Immobilien acted as the intermediary broker while Harper Dennis Hobbs is Tumi’s retained agent. |
