Jansons Appoints Agents In Reading

Commercial property developer Jansons Property has appointed joint agents to find a potential occupier for its site on the Basingstoke Road in Reading.

Locally based Haslams and London agent Rapleys have been instructed to find tenants for the site, which is immediately next to the Morrison’s supermarket, at the junction with Rose Kiln Lane.

The site is currently a 60,000 sq ft office centre but Jansons is considering redevelopment options to build a food store on the site, or space for drive-thru restaurants and other shops or restaurants.
