Property investment manager Threadneedle, advised by Hanover Green and Michael Rogers, has completed a letting in CP House, 97-107 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, west London to Ealing Hospital NHS Trust.
The tenant has taken 11,231 sq ft of offices on a ten-year-lease paying £20 per sq ft. There is now 10,240 sq ft available in the 55,000 sq ft building.
CP House is located close to the shopping and amenities of Ealing town centre, including Ealing Broadway mainline rail and Underground station.
The NHS Trust was unrepresented.
