AXA Secures Medius House Double Letting

AXA, advised by Hanover Green, has secured two office lettings totaling approximately 6,855 sq ft at Medius House, 63-69 New Oxford Street, London WC1.

Candyspace, a mobile and multichannel digital agency, has taken 4,835 sq ft on the 3rd and 4th floors on a lease expiring in June 2018. The rent is £37 per sq ft.

The 2,020 sq ft 5th floor has been leased bythe software company Quark Europe. The tenant has signed a lease until June 2018, with a break option in two years time, at a rent of £38 per sq ft.

Following a comprehensive refurbishment of the top three floors and remodeling of the entrance and reception the building is now fully let. With close proximity to Central St Giles and the amenities of Soho and Covent Garden the building offers good value media style offices in a vibrant location.
