Double Letting Success At Holborn Town Hall

Sir John Mactaggart’s Western Heritable Investment Company, advised by Hanover Green and CBRE, has secured two lettings at its Holborn Town Hall office building at 193-197 High Holborn, London WC2.

Online marketing and market research company Mavens has signed up for 2,650 sq ft of space at the front of second floor having agreed a new five year lease on the refurbished period accommodation.  The tenant will pay a rent of £36 per sq ft.

Brandwidth, a marketing agency, has taken 2,280 sq ft on a new five year lease with a break option after three years. It will pay £27 per sq ft for the unique former town hall chambers which have been refurbished to provide office accommodation with an abundance of character.

Morgan Pryce advised both occupiers.

Following the letting on the refurbished 4th and 5th floors comprising of 3,800 sq ft to Grace Blue, a recruitment company Holborn Town Hall is now fully let.
