Threadneedle, advised by Hanover Green and Frost Meadowcroft, has let the fourth floor of Lyric House, 149 Hammersmith Road, London W14 to business solutions company Satmetrix.
The occupier, advised by Paul Burnett, has signed a new five year lease for the 3,412 sq ft of modern air conditioned offices and will pay a rent of £33.25 per sq ft.
Lyric House is a prominent office building on Hammersmith Road and is close to four Underground and overground stations. Other occupiers include Finland Trade Centre, Diligent Boardbooks, Elders and Turkish Airlines.
Only two floors remain available – the 4,069 sq ft first floor and 3,853 sq ft on the lower ground.
