Bimba & Lola, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, is to open two new stores in central London following its UK debut last year.
The urban Spanish fashion brand, which is aimed at working women aged 25 to 45, will open new shops at 15 South Molton Street, W1 and 184 Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill.
At South Molton Street, Bimba & Lola has taken a 1,213 sq ft shop on a new 10-year lease at a rent rising to £185,000 pa in the third year. Meanwhile it will pay a rent of £170,000 for the 605 sq ft store in Westbourne Grove for which it has also signed a 10-year lease.
Mostafa Sbitri of Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, said: “The expansion of Bimba & Lola into Notting Hill is a perfect fit for the retailer and its demographic and is part of a wider international rollout for the brand.
“We have also worked with the brand in acquiring its new store in Le Marais in Paris via our international network.”
The Westbourne Grove landlord Les Petites was represented by Orme Retail while in South Molton Street Kinney Green advised the landlord TFFC Pension Scheme.
