TK Maxx is to open a new 16,250 sq ft (1,510sq m) store at 172-174 Balham High Road, London SW12.
The value retailer has signed a 15 year lease at £320,000 pa. The Balham store will include mens, womens and children’s clothing, accessories, shoes and toys.
TK Maxx has a number of shops in London, including nearby Clapham, two in the City, High Street Kensington, Brixton and Charing Cross.
KLM advised TK Maxx, Jenkins Law advised the landlord Golfrate.
