Landlord Richie Lambor Ltd, represented by Hanover Green and CBRE, has let the third floor of 82-83 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 to construction and property consultants Core Five LLP.

Core Five has signed a five year lease, with breaks after the second and third years, for the 1,352 sq ft office accommodation and will pay a rent of £29.50 per sq ft.
