Private clients of Hanover Green have let offices at the Phoenix Brewery, Bramley Road, London W10 to JamJar Investments, the new venture set up by Innocent Drinks founders Richard Read, Adam Balon and Jon Wright.
JamJar Investments has taken 1,087 sq ft on a new five year lease at a rent of £32.50 per sq ft.
Some 2,260sqft remains available to let.
