Goya Developments Sign First Pre-let at Canning Town Business Park

Goya Developments has signed national trade counter operator Edmundson Electrical as the first pre-let at its Canning Town Business Park, London E16.

The 7,405 sq ft unit will be ready for occupation in January 2014, with Edmundson’s lease due to complete simultaneously with practical completion of the scheme. Edmundson will be a paying a rent of £13.00 per sq ft on a 15 year lease.

Jim Bryan of Goya comments: ‘We’re delighted with the Edmondson pre let and the other the strong interest across the remaining 11 units. We anticipate further pre lets prior to completion of the scheme in January 2014. The development will be another stand out, top specification, Goya development, which will incorporate all of the latest green technologies that Goya have been using.”

Letting agents DE&J Levy report that there is strong interest in the rest of the scheme. Edmundson Electricals was unrepresented.
