Harris & Hoole Snaps Up Former Jessops Stores

The expanding coffee shop chain Harris + Hoole, advised by Morgan Williams, has taken new leases on former Jessop stores in Guildford and Ealing.

The company has taken a 10 year lease on 49 North Street, which comprises 2,081 sq ft, at a rent of £100,000 pa. It has also agreed a 10 year lease on 12 The Broadway in Ealing, which is a 1,475 sq ft store, at a rent of £65,000 pa.

Both shops were handed back to respective landlords by Jessops’ administrators earlier this year.

In Guildford, the landlord is Scottish Widows who was advised by Green & Partners and in Ealing the landlord is Benson Elliot who was advised by GCW.
