Forever 21 is to open its third store in France after taking a 10 year lease new 1,428 sq m (15,370 sq ft) store at the Aeroville Shopping Centre near Paris’ Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport. This store due to open in the February 2014.
Aeroville Shopping Centre, which is being developed by Unibail-Rodamco, is located within the towns of Tremblay-en-France, Rossy-en-France and on airport land. It is due to be completed by the end of the year at an estimated cost of 321 million Euro. The project will cover a surface area of 80,000 sq m and will include 200 shops, 25 restaurants, a new generation hypermarket, nurseries, medical centres and spas. Other anchor tenants include H&M and Zara.
Forever 21 now has over 500 stores worldwide and has been expanding across the UK and into Europe over the last two years.

Germany and France are attractive propositions and Aeroville is an exciting new retail and leisure destination which is expected to attract millions of visitors each year.”
