Highcross has let 1,800 sq ft at the Genesis Centre in Warrington to Bellway Homes on a five-year lease.
Bellway Homes, the fourth largest house builder in the UK, is opening a new regional office at the Genesis Centre, its second in the North West, following expansion in the company’s operations in the region.
North West Regional Director, Stuart Gray, commented: “With confidence returning to the house building sector, we are seeing steady growth across the business, and this move to the Genesis Centre follows a decision to divide our North West region into two separate areas, covered by offices in Liverpool and now Warrington.”
Last year, Bellway Homes sold more than 5,000 homes, and out of the new office, Bellway Manchester are currently developing schemes in Holmes Chapel, Heaton Moor, Eccles and Bury with other sites due to follow during the course of the year.
Bellway Homes selected the Genesis Centre due to its flexible terms and ideal location in terms of its proximity to the current and future outlets.
Highcross associate director, Iain Taylor adds: “The standard of the building, its location and the quality of service are continuing to attract new companies, with the recent arrival of BPS Recruitment as well as Bellway Homes. We have also let additional space to existing occupiers Southdale and General Insurance Distribution to meet their expansion needs.”
The Genesis Centre provides 95,000 sq ft of flexible office space, with on-site facilities including a coffee shop, secure parking, secretarial support and meeting rooms for hire.
