Highcross Lets 2,901 Sq Ft To Mix Telematics At Kembrey Park

September 30, 2013

Highcross has let 2,901 sq ft office space at Kembrey Park, Swindon to MiX Telematics, a global provider of fleet management, driver safety and vehicle tracking solutions.

The company is creating a new technology base at Kembrey Park, which will focus on the development and support of the company’s specialised Software as a Service products.

Marketing and Operations Director, Steve Coffin comments: “We previously had combined premises in Swindon incorporating a warehouse facility, but were looking to create a new centre of technical excellence in the area, following our creation of a new UK distribution centre in Birmingham. Kembrey Park offered a more modern facility which better reflects our position as a technology company and a convenient location for our locally-based employees.”

Highcross has let the space at Cherry Orchard North to MiX Telematics on a six-year lease.  The Cherry Orchard scheme at Kembrey Park includes three two-storey multi-occupied modern office buildings, providing high quality refurbished suites from 700-6,000 sq ft, with allocated parking and access to the business park’s extensive facilities.

Highcross asset manager, Debbie Marshall adds: “This is the third letting at Cherry Orchard since the start of July and reflects the scheme’s high specification, flexible space and the quality of the park’s environment and facilities for businesses.”

Kembrey Park provides 700,000 sq ft of business space, including office accommodation, warehouse and light industrial units, set in an attractive landscaped site. Facilities include CCTV and 24-hour security, on-site estate office, meeting rooms and ample parking. A hotel, restaurant, health/fitness club and coffee shop are also located at the park.

Joint agents for Kembrey Park are Keningtons and Loveday.
