Bromley Retail Investment Sale

Jesus College Oxford have sold the freehold interest of 104-108 High Street, Bromley to The London Borough of Bromley for £3,000,000.

The property is let in its entirety to Bank of Scotland Plc for a term of 10 years from 25th March 2012.

Kitchen La Frenais Morgan acted on behalf of the vendor and Colliers International acted on behalf of the purchaser.
