Specialist commercial property and planning law firm, Davitt Jones Bould (DJB) has retained its top tier ranking for Commercial Property in the South West, in the latest Legal 500.
DJB has been recognised in six categories, reflecting its excellence across the full range of Real Estate services in the South West and nationally, including a new ranking for Property Litigation. The firm has also retained its status as a leading firm for Planning and Local Government Legal Services, with specific mention of its work for Somerset County Council and the Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority.
With offices in London, Manchester and Birmingham, as well as its head office in Taunton, DJB has one of the largest dedicated property and planning teams in the country. The strength of its London office is evident in its continued ranking in the Legal 500’s London Real Estate Planning Table, and a new listing for services to Healthcare organisations.
The Legal 500 directory provides independent and objective assessments of law firms, compiled from research and client feedback on work undertaken over the last twelve months.
DJB’s work for long standing client, The Royal Parks, on matters relating to the hosting of more than forty Olympic and Paralympic events, was highlighted in this year’s directory, as was its reappointment to the Government Procurement Services’ Property and Estates Panel. DJB’s Property Litigation team also won plaudits for value for money and response times.
Among the individuals highlighted were Madeleine Davitt, Tim Sylvester Jones, Diane Alison and Anne Dobie.
