Synergy Building Services Solutions Ltd has signed a new 6 year lease on the final ground floor suite comprising 4,136 sq ft at Orbit Southern’s Kings Ride Court in Ascot.
Synergy is a building services consultancy specialising in the efficient design of electrical and environmental systems for buildings and is relocating to Ascot from Maidenhead.
The agreed rent was £13.50 per sq ft.
This letting means that Kings Ride Court is now fully let with Synergy joining CBS Interiors and Alectia.
Letting agents for Kings Ride Court were Montagu Evans, De Souza and Hanover Green. Synergy was unrepresented.
