British Land has let 7,767 sq ft on the second floor of International House, 1 – 16, High Street, Ealing, London W5 to Thorogood Associates Ltd.
The tenant is expanding from offices in Ealing Studios and has signed a 10-year lease at £178,641 pa equating to £23 per sq ft. An 18 months rent-free period was agreed.
Frost Meadowcroft acted on behalf of the tenant. Jones Lang LaSalle and Strutt & Parker acted on behalf of the landlord.
