Leading fashion footwear brand Schuh, advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs, has taken a 10 year lease at 30/32 Neal Street in Covent Garden. This follows hot on the heels of openings on Oxford Street (a second store) and at Canary Wharf.
In Covent Garden Schuh is taking 5,532 sq ft over three floors at a rent of £650,000 pa.
Jones Lang LaSalle acted for the landlord Scottish Widows.
