British Land, represented by Hanover Green, has let a 3,112 sq ft office suite in Berners Street, London W1 to Haymarket Media Group.
The company has taken the second floor office space at 16/18 Berners Street, on a four-year lease, at a rent of £120,000 pa.
The five-storey office building is located just off Oxford Street, within easy walking distance of both Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus underground stations.
Haymarket Media Group was represented by Colliers International. Hanover Green acted for British Land.
