British Land, advised by Hanover Green, has let 2,504 sq ft in Baker Street, London W1 to The Maria Montessori Training Organisation.
The organisation, which provides Montessori teacher training and education, has taken space on the first floor of 126/134 Baker Street, a mixed use building, incorporating retail, restaurant and office accommodation.
British Land has let the D1 space to The Maria Montessori Training Organisation on an eight-year lease at a rent of £59,000 pa.
The building is located on the corner of Baker Street and Marylebone Road, a short distance from Baker Street underground station.
British Land was represented by Hanover Green. Savoy Stewart acted for The Maria Montessori Training Organisation.
