Pices Enterprises Limited has sold the freehold interest of 10 Packhorse Road, Gerrards Cross to a private investor client of Kitchen La Frenais Morgan for £2,000,000

The property is let to Marks & Spencer for 15 years from 1st June 2006 at a current rent of £110,000 pa. The first floor self-contained offices are sub-let to Sytner Finance Limited at a rent of £14,000 pa.

The property comprises a supermarket on the ground floor with self-contained offices on the first floor fronting Packhorse Road.

Kitchen La Frenais Morgan acted on behalf of the purchaser and Simon Child Associates acted on behalf of the purchaser.
