New Tattoo Parlour To Open In London’s Berwick Street

Pearl and Coutts, advised by GCW, has let 70 Berwick Street in London’s Soho to model and live fire performer Arabella Drummond for a new tattoo parlour and clothing boutique to be known as One By One.

Lifestyle concept store One by One has signed a 15 year lease on the store, which has a ground floor of approximately 500 sq ft and a 370 sq ft basement, at a rent of £40,000 pa.

London born Arabella burst on to the modelling, men’s magazine and music video scene in 2009. She has featured in videos for Encore, The Wanted and Professor Green, teaming up with the latter for a Puma ad campaign and appearing on stage with Motorhead and Will-i-am. The store incorporates unisex skate and street fashion, homeware and accessories at ground floor level and a private tattoo studio in the basement.

James Crittenden, GCW comments, “Berwick Street is a vibrant corner of Soho and has always attracted avant garde retailers, mixed with traditional pubs, market, vinyl shops, vintage and bespoke tailoring.”
