Lumina Real Estate Capital Appoints Investment Director

Lumina Real Estate Capital, a leading real estate investor and advisory company, has appointed James Armstrong as Investment Director as it increases its investments in real estate throughout the UK for Lumina Special Situations Fund II.

James’s role will include the sourcing, analysis and execution of new deals and overseeing the company’s asset management activities.

James joins Lumina from Hammerson plc where he was an Assistant Director, with asset management responsibility for half the UK shopping centre portfolio. Prior to Hammerson, he was a Director at Carpathian Asset Management. 

He has 18 years professional experience in real estate in UK and Europe spanning investment, development, asset management and financing across retail, offices and hotels

James is a member of the RICS and holds a BSc in Land Management from the University of Reading.
