House of Hanover advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan (KLM), has let a 4,778 sq ft shop unit in Salisbury to Nando’s Chickenland.
Nando’s has signed a 20 year lease with a 15 year tenant break on 1-3 Milford Street and 5 Queen Street at a rent of £72,500 pa.
The restaurant is in a prominent corner site, adjacent to new canal and neighbouring occupiers include Crew, Phase Eight and Moss Bros.
This will be Nando’s latest restaurant in the South West; the famous peri-peri chicken can also be eaten in Southampton, Eastleigh, Bournemouth, Poole and Trowbridge.
House of Hanover was advised by KLM, Teague and Capital advised Nando’s.
