Bonjour Covent Garden For Delice De France At 20 Garrick Street

Hanover Green and CBRE have advised AXA Real Estate, the leading real estate portfolio and asset manager in Europe,on a deal with Delice de France to take two floors at its comprehensively refurbished office development 20 Garrick Street in London’s Covent Garden.

Delice de France has taken a 10 year lease on the 2nd and 3rd floors comprising 601 sq m (6472 sq ft), at a rental of £67.50 per sq ft.

Suppliers of cakes, confectionery, pastries and bread, Delice de France will base its UK marketing and sales operation on one floor while their European headquarters are on the other.

AXA Real Estate completed the Wish London and GIA design lead refurbishment of this four story building in October 2013 and has transformed the space into boutique, executive offices with a focus on design and functionality. The reception features light fittings and furniture by a leading designer while the bespoke artwork in polished brass depicting Covent Garden and the River Thames was produced by award winning artists Based Upon.

The remaining fourth floor comprising of 2,828 sq ft is available at £69.50 per sq ft.
