Retail property specialist GCW has expanded its agency teams with the appointment of Philippe Micheal and Tim Ashe.
Tim joins Simon Horner in the out of town and roadside team and Philippe will work alongside Nick Warr and Duncan Kite on shopping centre projects in Stratford, Loughborough, King’s Lynn and Dunfermline.
Philippe Micheal joins from Jones Lang LaSalle where he provided shopping centre management services. He will be part of GCW’s successful shopping centre team of 10 surveyors who are retained on 33 centres across the UK, including those in major regional cities such as Cambridge, Bristol, Norwich and Portsmouth.
Tim Ashe joins from niche property consultancy Cousins West and also has residential, industrial and international experience, the latter whilst advising on development sites in Eastern Europe. He has also developed and managed a rickshaw business in Dublin and is a keen squash player and triathlete.
